Fabulous recipe! The shiitake mushrooms add a contrasting texture to this delightful dish. I will make this again, this has given me an incentive to try spaghetti squash in ramen broth. Thank you!

I loved this! I will make it again, I did not not have "Dark Soy Sauce" so, I just used regular soy sauce. I used fresh grated carrot and fresh grated cabbage. DELICIOUS ,
