Delicious! I wasn't sure about how thick the sauce should be, but after having to cook my squash for a bit longer (problem with the dish I cooked it in) the sauce thickened up to about a chowder consistency and incorporated into this squash/turkey/veggie mix very nicely. I used half of a pre-cooked Turkey breast from my local grocery store (the ones in the heaters) and it worked out perfectly.
