Really good, this is about the 6th time I’ve made it. Modify a few things to my liking. The key for sure is keeping as much water out otherwise you end up with a soupy mess.

Great husband loved it but I added ground pork frozen spaghetti squash works great. So I changed it a little pork, garden ragu spaghetti sauce, frozen spinach,2 bags of frozen spaghetti squash, ricotta 2tbl spoons and Italian season in one pot. Half in casserole dish layer on ricotta and egg mixture, mozzarella and parmigiana cheese. Top with other half topped with mozzarella and Parm. Bake 350 for 30 minutes

So tasty and low carbs!! This is a great lasagna substitute, but it may need a salad to fill you up.
