Added chili flakes for kick. I didn't have tomatoes on hand do I used a few table.spoons of tomato sauce. Turned out really good. I baked it for 30 mins like it says - I could have taken it out a few mins earlier tho. I will most likely make this again.

We liked this. I added more oregano, thyme and basil and doubled the garlic. I also had some broccoli on hand so added that too. I took the suggestion of others and added some Parmesan to the mix. It turned out rather tasty. Thanks.

Excellent, tasty, and healthy! Spaghetti squash looks and tastes like spaghetti. Very good indeed...

Made this for dinner. It was a bit bland by itself. I'd spice it up with some red pepper flakes and like the other reviewer would add some Parmesan cheese for a more robust and flavorful dish.

Made this to use as lunch several days this week. I really loved it! I added fresh spinach as I had some and a bit of Parmesan on top. Next time while mushroom and tomato mixture simmers, I will add a Parmesan rind to enhance flavor.

I work out a lot, so I always need my protein. I added ground turkey and turkey sausage to the tomato sauce. That turns this into a 5 star in my opinion!!

Pretty tasty, very healthy. I would just add more spices next time, but will definitely make it again!
