- 1 medium zucchini (diced)
- 1 zucchini squash (medium yellow, diced)
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 red onion (diced)
- 1 cucumber (diced)
- 4.5 oz. sliced olives (drained)
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese (cut into small cubes)
- 16 oz. Italian dressing (I love Wishbone Robusto Italian)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salad (Supreme or Johnny's Seasoing, this is optional, but I love the little flavor boost it adds!)

Turned out correctly and I liked it at first but then I found it hard to eat after the first few bites

We liked this a lot. I used 3 small zucchini, 3 small yellow squash, 3 mini cucumbers and halved the amount of black olives(not a fan). I used 8oz Fresh Mozzarella Perla halved instead of cheddar cheese chunks. 8oz Wishbone Lite Italian Dressing. My husband is picky about dressing. I used 3 tsp McCormick Salt Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning instead of garlic powder, paprika and seasoning mix. Hubby requested we use rotini next time, As mentioned the more it sits the better it gets.
