- 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 4 1/2 tsp. dried oregano (divided)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 egg
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 12 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (12 ounces each)
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 cups spaghetti sauce (meatless)
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- fettuccine (Hot cooked, or pasta of your choice)

Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon oregano, basil, salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl, combine the egg and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
- In a large skillet, cook chicken in butter on both sides until a meat thermometer reads 170°.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the spaghetti sauce, garlic salt and remaining oregano, Cook over medium heat until heated through. Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve with pasta.
