Very promising recipe - Im going to try again with half the tomato sauce and leave out the apple cider vinegar as I found the sauce too sweet and a little over acidic.

It was great, but next time I will cut back on the sugar, it was a little too sweet for my taste

Turned out SOO tasty! I omitted the wine & added a little chopped carrot & celery.

The Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce I made this evening turned out alright. The problem my wife and I had was with the sweetness of the sauce. I generally make our tomato spaghetti sauce from scratch ( from raw tomatoes). I didn’t have the necessary time today, so I utilized a recipe from your assortment. The final outcome of the recipe was sweeter than my wife and I are used to. The sauce itself was okay, it was just sweeter than what we commonly eat.

I used Papardel pasta with this yummy bolognese sauce. Topped it off with Parmesan Regiano cheese. Very satisfied
