- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (cans)
- 290 grams mushrooms (jar antipasti marinated, drained)
- 2 bay leaves (fresh or dried)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (or a small handful of fresh leaves, chopped)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme (or a small handful of fresh leaves, chopped)
- balsamic vinegar (Drizzle)
- 14 sun dried tomato (halves, in oil)

- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves (torn into small pieces)

Added some bacon and chilli purée and used 300ml of beef stock instead of cube ... nice

Excellent . Instead of red wine used beef stock. . Used red wine vinegar and a bit of Worcester sauce. Also added a few thinly cut carrots.
