This is amazingly easy and rich in flavor and textures; it’s from now on , one of my favorite pasta dishes. I used thin spaghetti, fresh chopped parsley, garlic and measured peperoncino and topped mine with freshly grated parmesian-romano and added just a pinch of grated black pepper- the recipe is flawless and I’d only suggest to pay attention to the pasta cooking time before mixing with the pasta water and consistency should remain “Al dente” as the sauce reduces and is absorbed by the pasta quite well during those additional minutes in the pan. Remember to heat the oil on medium low to properly infuse with the garlic, parsley and peperoncino; use a good quality low acidic olive oil and you will be delighted!

My FAVOURITE dish of all time and my go to dish when I want pasta. East to make but needs a little more water than specified because the lasts comes out sticky if not. Other than that very tasty and really good
