- 2 pieces mahi mahi (I used wild Mahi Mahi from Costco. Mahi Mahi are not Dolphins if anyone is wondering.)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (use gluten-free soy sauce such as Tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (not seasoned)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. stevia (Granulated, Splenda, or brown sugar, use Stevia or Splenda for South Beach Diet.)
- 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. garlic puree (also called ground garlic)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 dash hot sauce

This is fabulous! The sauce creates a lovely glaze during grilling, Full of flavor & doesn’t drown out the taste of the fish. Loved it!
