Excellent. Used jumbo scallops. Cooked for a little longer than they said and could have been cooked even a little more. Added a little more cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Very tasty. Great for company if they like and appreciate scallops. 4 jumbo cost over 20 dollars Canadian but was worth it.
