- 1/2 tsp. Snuk® Shichimi Togarashi (or substitute with 3 parts cayenne pepper and 1 part black or white sesame seeds)
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. Yugeta® Double Brewed Soy Sauce (or substitute with regular soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 18 oz. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (for onion)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. salted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Snuk® Dried Curry Leaves (or substitute with a mix of lime zest and basil leaves; 1 lime for every 8 curry leaves and same number as curry leaves)
