Still waiting but looks good. Update, family loved it. Not too sweet, but very flavorful. I had to cook longer, closer to 30 minutes at 425. The last 5 I opened the foil.

Love this simple recipe! I love how it forms a lovely crust and how you can pull it off the pan leaving the skin behind I put it on top of a packaged Asian style salad and it’s amazing
