- 5 cloves garlic (peeled and lightly smashed)
- 1 cup rice cooking wine (mine contains 19.5% alcohol, 1.5% salt)
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rock sugar
- 8 cups water
- beef shin (whole)
- chicken legs
- hard boiled eggs (or medium, peeled)
- boiled quail eggs (medium or hard, peeled)
- pressed tofu
