- 1/2 yellow onion (cut into slices, lengthwise)
- 5 stalks green onion (or Chinese Chives Cut into 1.5 inch pieces and then julienned.)
- 8 oz. bean sprouts (Washed and drained)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil (or vegetable oil of choice)
