- 4 salmon fillets (good size, I bought mine at BJ's where it came in a huge piece that I cut into smaller fillets.)
- 2/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar (to sprinkle on top of the fish for the crust)
- 1 garlic clove (sliced)
- 1/2 cup white rice
