    Turned out better than expected. The glaze seemed a little thin, but did thicken more once the chicken cooked. I still had hoped it would be thicker (maybe add more honey?). Chicken was very tender & the skin baked up nice & crispy. Will definitely make again, but might try with chicken breasts next time.

    Didn’t use lime, didn’t have it. It was really good!! Husband loved it. I used 3 chicken breasts, cooked for 30 mins at 450. The sauce didn’t thicken, it was very thin, so I just cut the chicken up, put in in a bowl and poured the sauce from the oven pan over it.

    It turned out perfect! I cooked it just as instructed and it was Flavorful and juice!!! It's definitely a recipe I'd recommend cooking.

    Only had 2 thighs to cook so adjusted the recipe accordingly, made it in a toaster oven. Turned out great! Better than other soya sauce and honey chicken thighs recipes I used in the past.

    I wanted to make a really easy chicken dish and this is the best recipe that fits it! Omfg, the ingredients are so easy to find and 99% of them were already in my kitchen. The result was amazing! I only cooked two chicken thighs so the cook time was shorter and I used less ingredient portions but one thing for sure is that make sure you leave the chicken in the sauce as long as you can! That way it tastes wayyyyyy better. Thank you so much~
