definitely will make this often.

Really tasty, fast enough to make for a weeknight. Easy to make it a bit blackened in the pan though so either take it easy on the heat when browning or sieve out the black bits in the sauce.

I have made this many times and it is one of my family's favorites. I usually add a couple more cloves of garlic but otherwise make the marinade just as the recipe states. The pan sauce is definitely worth the extra step. I always keep chicken broth in the pantry so I use that along with the reserved marinade.

This is my go to pork tenderloin recipe. Super easy and it gives the pork a melt it your mouth, juicy texture. I serve it over rice so that the rice soaks up all the sauce and it's just amazing! Another great recipe from Beth!

This is by far the best pork meal I have had. Melt in your mouth tender! I paired it with some mixed veggies frizzed with a maple butter glaze. Amazing!
