Was a great way to finish off the leftover thanksgiving turkey. Next time I’m going to add much less cayenne and it should be perfect. I paired it with cornbread and it was great to mix with the soup.

I'm in love with this soup, it's DELICIOUS! Super easy to make, flavourful, just the right amount of spice... and the added cheese on top.. YUM!
