- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh-squeezed, I used my fresh-frozen lime juice)
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 3 tsp. olive oil (depending on your pan)
- juice
- 4 oz. Anaheim chiles
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning (Kalyn’s, or your favorite brand)
- 2 tsp. Spike Seasoning (or use any all-purpose seasoning blend)
- 1/2 cup water
- limes (additional cut, to squeeze on at the table)
