    I'd never cooked anything like this before, but I am so glad I chose to try something new for dinner tonight! This dish is easy to make, fulfilling, and very flavorful. I always like to add my own twists to the recipes I find, so in this case, I chose to add corn and garam masala. Everyone had full bellies and happy faces 😁
