these were amazing!! I baked completely instead of frying first and the tortillas were a little too hard but still really good. I used fresh spinach and wilted in a frying pan and left out jalapenos. will def make again!!

This recipe was so good that my great grandma requested I send her a batch across the state. I revised the dipping sauce for my husband is allergic to avocados, poor guy, but it turned out fantastic.
