I made this without the beans. It wasn’t spicy enough for us. We added some hot sauce and it was better. It was easy and tasted okay, but not a favorite. Won’t make it again.

i love this! i have made it 3 times now. i did not have success with using regular rice....stick to the minute rice!. it had good flavor and the chicken is tender. the peppers make it sooooo yummy. it is definitely on the regular rotation at home!
