I cooked the chicken already per another comment. Came out delicious. I used 2 cups of cheese because why not. More cheese the better.

Turned out really good! I used cooked chicken, I don’t think it would have gotten hot enough to cook raw chicken.

I’ve made this recipe many times. It is delicious and easy to make. It re-heats well.

Very yummy and very easy! Definitely recommend topping it with avocado as it adds a creaminess to it. Also note a 2qt pan is too small, so if that’s all you have, plan on 2 pans and distribute chicken accordingly. I think next time I’ll use 3 chicken breasts instead of 2.

My husband & I loved this. Since there’s just the two of us, there was lots leftover so I rolled it up in tortillas & made taquitos the second day. so good 😊

My family and I love this meal. I have made it 6 times in the last 2 months.
Really great! I forgot the corn and would def add it next time. I did add red and green bell peppers and those were a great addition. I finished it off with avocado and was wishing I had a little sour cream to top it off with but was still great without it
