Mine didn't come as pretty as the pics here, but delicious nonetheless. The kids loved it. Will also try cooking the egg with the cheese next time.

Needed a bit of extra cook time for the egg, but the end result was delicious! Would recommend cooking the cheese and tomato in with the egg.
