Description

- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 tsp. McCormick Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 2 cups cooked turkey (shredded)
- 2 cups turkey stock (substitution Substitutions available)
- 12 oz. turkey gravy (McCormick® Simply Better)
- 15.25 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. white beans (drained and rinsed)
- 4.25 oz. chopped green chiles

Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, cumin and red pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped avocado and cilantro, if desired.
