Really tasty! I hadn’t used poblano peppers before and was worried they’d be too spicy for some of the family. NOT AT ALL! We found them to be like tastier bell peppers. The recipe was really delicious. I have a vegetarian so I substituted Impossible Burger meat for one pepper and it was good too! Enjoy ya’ll
