- 1 packet taco seasoning (like the kind for beef tacos)
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 garlic clove (finely minced, I used a microplane)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
