- 8 oz. bow-tie pasta (or rotini)
- 2/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 jalapeno chilies (seeded and finely chopped, optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved or cherry tomatoes, quartered)
- 1 green bell pepper (small, chopped)
- 11 oz. mexicorn (or 1 cup thawed frozen whole kernel corn)
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced)

Directions
- Cook bow ties according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
- In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper and salt. Add remaining ingredients; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
