- 2 cups pasta (I use shells)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup red pepper (chopped fine)
- 1/3 cup sweet onion (chopped fine)
- 3 green onions (finely sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. green chile (Minced, I used canned)
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup sugar (Super Fine, I used baker’s sugar)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
