I doubled the amount of lime juice. The flavor of the dressing was minimal, but the vegetables and fresh corn gave it plenty flavorful.

This recipe is quick, easy and delicious! It is great for using up leftovers great for hot summer evenings and as a party appetizer with Tostitos

it was okay.... it was nice and simple, but a couple additional flavours would have been welcomed though.

Really good side dish. I added a little more lime juice, but that was for me, I’m sure it would have been fine with the suggested amount

Very nice.
I halved the corn, but shouldn’t have.
Probably needs more zing in the dressing, a tblspn of brown sugar may help!
