    it was okay.... it was nice and simple, but a couple additional flavours would have been welcomed though.

    Really good side dish. I added a little more lime juice, but that was for me, I’m sure it would have been fine with the suggested amount

    Very nice. I halved the corn, but shouldn’t have. Probably needs more zing in the dressing, a tblspn of brown sugar may help!
