I added taco seasoning and queso to the recipe and served this with tortillas and chips. Delicious!

this so good I added Japanese peppers and a second can of black beans and asorted herbs and on to I added smoked bacon gouda and sharp cheddar cheese and when served fresh avacodo and a little bit of sour cream

We added a can of corn and green chilies, it turned out great!! A quick meal to make again, we loved it!

Really great. I added/changed a few things. I don’t care for shredded chicken so I diced a pound of tenders very small. I cooked with a diced onion added the juice from pepperoncini and about 6 diced pepperoncini and 2 cloves of garlic while the chicken was cooking. When adding all the other ingredients I also added a can of corn. Cooked it all in my Dutch oven.

Amazing! I did half taco half chili seasoning and added corn and green chilis! Topped it with tortilla strips and sour cream as suggested and it had just the right amount of heat! Yum! Thank you!

Fast, easy and tasty. A family winner! I substituted beans in chili sauce for black beans and added a splash of cholula sauce. Yum!!

What a quick, flavorful meal! I added some Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning and let everything cook for 20 minutes instead of 15. So good!

My rice didn't cook fully. Next time I'll just make it in the rice cooker and mix it all together

This turned out delicious! My family loved it too! I used some southwest beans that I had in the cabinet instead of black beans. I did need to add about 1/3 cup more liquid to it. Also I used white onion on top because I didn’t have green onion. This recipe is a keeper!

Yummy! Made chicken in the instant pot and I didn’t have chicken broth so I used the water that the chicken cooked in and it turned out delicious!

Followed it to the T and it came out amazing. Didn’t scroll all the way down to see to use the McCormicks Chili Seasoning in the packet regardless still was delicious!
