- 1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 cups corn kernels (cooked)
- 2 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups corn tortillas (crushed)
