Interesting recipe! For me it is too salty and not enough cumin. But I’ll give it a try next time

I followed the recipe exactly, except I used six chicken thighs instead of ten. While the chicken was delightfully tender, the flavor of cumin was overwhelming. If I were to make this again, I would use less spices to balance out the taste.

Super moist and tender! I did change the seasoning just a little to go with my rice and mushrooms, but the texture was perfect.

This was awesome! I marinated the chicken in the rest of the ingredients first, then left the foil off while baking.

This was very simple to make and had great flavor. This is definitely a keeper, I served with noodles, carrots and peas.

Test run for home then taking it to work. Added a little heat with a bit of powdered hot sauce.

I chose to dredge the chicken in buttermilk and egg and mixed panko with spices and baked it-very good!

Followed recipe exactly! Chicken was very basic, a little bland and boring. Won’t make this again!

This recipe was definitely tasty! I did make some changes, i marinated the chicken overnight with liquid marinade and I used chicken breast instead of thighs I poured the buttermilk along bottom of baking dish, dredged chicken in it and seasoned the chicken as directed I cooked it for an hour then flipped the chicken and cooked for 15 minutes. It literally fell apart when cutting into it. The buttermilk really makes all the difference. I served with yellow rice and honey biscuits. Needless to say there were no leftovers! I will most definitely make again and again!

Delicious! The secret about letting thighs get tacky before cooking really kept the coating on so the chicken meat remained moist. Two thumbs up from my guys.

It came out wonderful. Baked it for an hour covered and 10 minutes uncovered. Then put bbq sauce on (the honey bbq) and it back in the for 10 more minutes uncovered. My kids loved it.

Chicken turned out very tender but flavour was quite bland. Would add extra salt/seasoning.

Chicken was pretty bland. Though it came out very moist and tender, I had to throw some seasoning salt on it at the end to give it flavor. Meh.

Delicious! I did add a little Garlic but that just cause I’m a lover of Garlic !! My fiancé loved it too. I just added some roasted veggies

this recipe turned out fantastic I did put my own twist on it. I used chicken legs and my own combination of spices I chopped up green onion mushroom carrots and red potatoes and put that in with the mix and it was delicious. next time and there will be a next time I will soak my chicken in the buttermilk overnight.

Curdled a little, but was amazing....I used plain paprika and added carrots, onions and whole small potatoes. Baked all together for 1 hour covered lightly with tin foil. Perfect meal, one pan Wonder.😁

Great! I used garlic powder in place of garlic salt & increased the kosher salt to a total 1/2 tsp.

The chicken was very tender, though it was too bland for our taste. I don't see myself making this dish again as written in the recipe, but I might try doctoring it up to give the dish some more flavor.

Did not look at all like the picture, but still tasted pretty good! The picture gives it an almost "fried" look, but mine definitely just looked like baked thighs with spices on top.

Delicious and moist! Simple and easy.
The only thing I might add next time is a little more kick to the flavor.

This was really good and it was so soft!! Probably the softest chicken I've had. I'll be using buttermilk for my chicken from now on.

It turned out really good,at first I wasn't to sure about the buttermilk but I must say I will be making this again
