Excellent flavor, easy to prepare, short cooking time. A great change of pace meal from burgers, chicken, etc. Any sausage is fine and the sauté step is not necessary. I used a teaspoon of cayenne, we like the heat but 1/2 teaspoon will give enough heat for most cooks! I prefer 9 minutes of cooking time for a head of cabbage!
