- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 cup jalapenos (diced, thoroughly drained, in the jar- these have a great flavor and softer texture than fresh)
- 4 oz. pimento (diced, drained well)
- sea salt
- pepper
