Absolutely delicious! I didn’t do the mopping sauce part because I don’t have a grill. I instead marinated the ribs for a day, mixed 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke, used a pastry brush and basted the ribs (both sides), stuck them in the oven for 3.5 hours at 300 degrees.
