It is Aaaaaaaamazing!!! Of course i made things healthier for me lol. I used 2c oat flour, 1/4 c chick pea flour, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1c cocnut sugar, maple syrup, molasis add sugars to taste and it is fantastic!!!!! I also put in shredded purple yams 😀

Best carrot cake recipe EVER! Was easy to make, very moist, very flavorful, and looked amazing. Can't stop eating it! hips, here we come.
