Simple. Added little basil and celery seeds.
2nd time: read reviews. Added 1-2 tsp red wine vinegar. season salt, black pepper, Caribbean all purpose, celery seed, and sugar. As well as ingredients listed. Also added 1/4 sweet onion minced. Didn’t like the texture with the vinegar. Will not add next time.
3rd time: Mayo, sweet relish, green onion, celery seed, coriander, dry mustard, onion powder, season salt, fresh pepper. Depending on amt. of potatoes and eggs, (boil potatoes in salt water & eggs in separate pan) spices 1/8-1/2 tsp of everything to taste.

I needed to make a lot of potato salad for an event so I had to double it. Was a hit, but I did need to add more mustard, perhaps because of doubling the recipe.

It was amazing! I also substituted the russets for the gold, but I added four diced slices of bacon and used a tablespoon of the grease in the mayo (Miracle Whip), mustard and relish blend.

This was like my Grandmothers, usually way I fix it, only never used garlic. Don't want to use the garlic my whole family looks forward to my potato salad. Maybe I'll try the garlic next time.
