- 3 Tbsp. anchovy (minced, or 3 T. anchovy paste, optional!)

Made it with light mayo and light sour cream and it was still delicious!!! I used French feta and the creaminess of the feta and the avocado was exceptionally delicious. Would definitely make again. I might grill the peaches next time and possibly add apple too. Perfect summer salad!
