- 1/4 tsp. ground rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 2 bone-in pork chops (thick-cut, approx. 1" thick and 1 lb. each, trimmed of fat if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (plus 2 Tbl. vegetable oil for frying, melted together)
- 1 onion (halved and sliced about 1/2" thick)
- 1/4 cup pan drippings (with bits on bottom of pan)
- 1/4 cup butter
- seasoned flour (*rest of, from above)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream
