  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup cassava flour (Otto's)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup leaf lard (cold Fatworks)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup aioli (homemade, or paleo mayo)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • salt (to taste)
