Great, I soaked the fish in the hot sauce and creole seasoning with milk overnight.

We made fried Catfish, oysters, and shrimp with this recipe and all were delicious. I would recommend this as I grew up eating Cajun seafood and this one is spot on goodness!

Excellent. Used the ingredients as described. A favorite at home. One thing though, double the amount of the batter. I always run out.

I love spicy, but the hot sauce flavor ruined the catfish fry nostalgia from my youth in South Carolina.
