Very easy and definitely delicious! Did not add pimento but added more tomatoes and red onions!

Although we didn’t let it sit overnight in the fridge ... this dish was still amazing! I cannot wait to taste it tomorrow after a night of marinating! I also used store made pico de Gallo to save time for the chopped tomatoes and onion. I did add a bit more onion for more crunch!
