- 1 Tbsp. oil (Wesson, vegetable or olive oil tastes just as good)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped celery (finely, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 8 oz. tomato sauce

Directions
- Sprinkle Porkchops with salt & pepper to taste
- Brown porkchops in oil - cook until almost completely done (I always cook completely done & they still taste great)
- Place in shallow baking dish - 9"x13" pan works
