- 1/4 cup sourdough (start, which is the flour and water together: read here about how to make a sourdough start)
- 2 cups flour (+ more, I use white whole wheat flour from Trader Joe's; if you use white flour, use 3 cups of flour)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (+ more to grease of melted, olive oil for vegan, or butter)
- cinnamon
- organic sugar
- honey
- 1/3 cup walnuts (or pecans chopped, optional)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (I blend my organic sugar in the Vitamix for about 20 seconds to make powdered sugar)
- 3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (coconut oil may work)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Ignore my star rating as I didn't actually make the recipe. The recipe is described as being dairy free optional. It should include a suggestion for a non-dairy cream cheese substitute
