This breakfast casserole turned out as fluffy as a soufflé. Very nice. It’s rather mild in flavor and spices, but that can be changed with spicier sausage and cheese. Very Easy to throw this together. I am glad I found a use for my leftover sourdough bread. Thanks for the recipe.
