Love this recipe! Super easy, and forgiving for newbie bakers (my 20 y/o son is learning sourdough).
We like a little more kick, so we add some extra spices and I sprinkle sugar over the top for some extra crunchy goodness on the crust. But we have made it multiple times, and it never disappoints. Good density and texture, and the tangy sourdough cuts the sweet of the banana perfectly.
