So good and so easy for this first time bagel maker. Pictures really helped and the explanations were more useful than most bloggy verbose online sources. Thank you! Will totally make again.
Btw my shaped bagels definitely did not noticeably change size, and they were still light on the inside.

These were amazing. I used about 2 month-old starter but got plenty of rise. They were so easy to make! I did however make the mistake of forming the bagels and then putting them on wax paper for the second rise. That was a nightmare, but they still turned out great. I will definitely be making these again.
