- 3 cups chicken (pork or fish stock, unsalted)
- 75 grams meat (white, mild flavoured fish, I used cod)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 4 Tbsp. tamarind juice (what is tamarind juice?)
- 2 Tbsp. palm sugar (chopped)
- 2 cups green papaya (cut into thin slices)
- 1 medium carrot (sliced)
- 1 cup long beans (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 3 cups napa cabbage (chopped)
- 175 grams shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (or as needed)
